It was Christmas Break and all Emi could think about was spending time with the ones that she cared about the most. Benny and her had Christmas plans to themselves and then there was a Christmas party with all the girls and guys together. It seemed that this was going to be the best Christmas that Emiline St.Claire ever had. A gift that Emi had gotten Benny was wrapped up and under the small tree that Emiline had been possessed to put up in the Den, even if the guys didn't want it. Though she didn't know if they did or not, but nevertheless, they got a tree anyways. It was tradition, especially back home in Germany where the tradition had started.

Going to the fireplace and starting a fire, Emi smiled and put her hands close, letting the fire warm them up slowly after the cold trek from Hogwarts to here. Though she could have used the floo network or apparated, she felt the urge to go for a walk through the snow. The fire glowed against Emi's pale skin and made it light up like some kind of angelic creature. Stepping away from the fire, she sat beside the tree and waited for Benny to show up. This was going to be the best Christmas ever.

Benny had just gone to the venue for a bit before returning home.When he did, he spotted Emi. Even though they had been together for a few months.., his heart still beat like mad whenever he spots her. He closed his eyes then slipped the gift he got for her under the tree. Then Benny walked over to her and said, "what a vision of Angelic beauty is this" in a playful tone to her. He gave her a gentle kiss before sitting down.

The house had gotten even more decorated since Emi brought a tree in... now there was two trees in the living room and who knows how many other crazy decorations there was in the house. It was totally festive.

The sound of Benny's voice made her heart beat faster like it did every time that he came around. Looking up at him, she smiled and warmly accepted his kiss with her own gentle kiss back. Chuckling, she shook her head to his comment and as he sat down, automatically leaned sideways to put her head on his shoulder. Scooting up closer to him, she could feel his body heat, his presence, everything that made her smile. "I wouldn't say angelic, more like demonic." She said laughing a bit at her joke that she made. Looking up at him and then around the place, she couldn't help but really get into the Christmas spirit in this house. "This is really amazing what you boys have done. Especially your room. Christmas exploded in there." she said snickering and looking at the Christmas tree that she had put up.

"So where have you been Mister Gallagher?" She asked wondering what he had been doing before he got here to spend time with her. Her eyes stayed on the Christmas tree though. All of the ornaments that hung from the limbs of the tree she had put up were all from back home in Germany. Each of them held their own separate memory, memories that Emiline would never forget. Sighing, she looked back up at Benny and smiled. "You know, in Germany, Christmas trees were put up in homes or outside of their doors to show their hope for a good spring. But the one tradition other than the tree that is most appreciated in Germany is gift giving. You have to open yours up, I am really excited for you to see it." She said really not wanting to wait for him to open the gift she got him. She could wait for his, but she was just too excited about this one. Inside of the wrapped box was an old family heirloom passed down from generation to generation. Each new man of the family got this heirloom, which just so happened to be Emiline's great great great grandfathers watch.

Benny smiled happily after she had kissed him back. It made his day all the more better."Angelic or Demonic... it doesn't matter because you are still beautiful to me" He said truthfully. Then he burst out laughing. "thanks... it has been a tradition for us guys to go all out on decorating and such. and it always been just Jay, Me and Benji... the others always are with their families." He tried to hold back laughter about her comment about his room. "yeah... i love decorating for holidays... so much fun"

Then came the question about where he had been. He was just going to give her the simple answer of, "just had to check in at the venue for a bit before i came over. " he shrugged lightly. He smiled as he listened to what she said. It was always interesting to hear her talk about her home country. "Oh really? then if i have to open it... you have to open the one i have for you"He said in a playful tone. he gave her the box which was for her. It was a small box.Inside it... was a necklace with something else in there... something circular... and shiny.

He opened up the box that she had given him, very carefully. It didn't matter what she gave him, he would cherish it . So when he opened it, he was touched that it was an heirloom. how special. He told her that he loved it and would take good care of it.

Taking the box from him, she rolled her eyes and chuckled a bit. "I wasn't expecting to open my right now as well. I just was so excited for you to open yours. It means a lot to me and my family." She said putting her gift in her lap and watched him open his gift. The watch was extremely old and meant a lot to the family. Hopefully it would stay intact for the next generation of St. Claire blood to wear as well. "I'm glad you love it. Just take very good care of it. It is very old." She said knowing that he would take care of it anyways. Touching the inside of the watch, she tried to point out to him that there was words engraved into the inside. "immer in der Ewigkeit. It means, 'forever in eternity'" Her family believed strongly that they would forever be together in eternity, therefore the family saying was engraved.

Then knowing she couldn't postpone it longer, she looked down at her gift and sighed. "Guess it's my turn now ya?" She said picking the box up. What could it be? Unwrapping the gift wrapping slowly, she set it aside and opened the box. There was a beautiful necklace with... wait. A ring? Why would he be giving her another ring? Picking them both up out of the box, she smiled and then looked at him curiously. "Another ring? Not that I don't love it because I absolutely do. I love both, but why did you get me another ring. I already have my engagement ring." she said showing him it was on her finger.

"i can tell that it is very special to your family. I feel honored that you gave me it"said Benny honestly. He looked at it carefully as he heard what she had said about the words that were on the watch. It was very meaningful in his eyes. He placed those words in his mind.those words were hopefully true. well he believed them.

He watched her open the box and he heard and saw her response. He couldn't help but to smile innocently. "well... i just thought... that it would be useful... for sometime in the future. Like a wedding... however soon or late as you choose my dear. " He was pretty much saying that they could get married anytime, even that day if she would like. The ring was his grandmother's on his Mother's side. It was special in its own right.

The confusion totally left her face and she started to actually understand. It was the ticket to just going to go get married at any time that they wished, with or without the huge wedding. Of course, Emiline didn't want that huge production. Instead she wanted something private and totally just between the two of them. Looking at him, she was completely speachless and unlike the freak out when she got her engagement ring, she couldn't say a word. The feelings and thoughts that were running through her head right now where absolutely crazy. A single tear slid down her face and a smile that could blind a blind man appeared on her face. Benny, I will get married to you tonight, tomorrow, two weeks from now, or two years from now."

This was all such a surprise and it was amazing that she had this option of getting married whenever. The thought loomed in her mind of getting married that instant and with each passing moment it got more and more appealing. "Let's go tonight. I mean, what are we waiting for right?" She said totally ecstatic about this all. "Just you and me. No one else." She said thinking it would be totally romantic not to have anyone else there with them. Just to get married on their own.

Benny couldn't believe it. She was thinking of going and doing the wedding that night. It seemed too good to be true. His heart was pounding at that idea. what seemed crazy before was sounding amazing. a quick wedding that was just them, how romantic. And it made it so he wouldn't have to decide who was going to be his best man or anything. which was good because he would never had been able to choose.

he grinned and said, "yeah. what are we waiting for. so i say, let's do it. Let's go and get married tonight." he just nodded in agreement."just us? sounds mighty romantic"

Emi was so happy that Benny agreed to just go get married tonight. This was just so crazy but amazing and in the next couple of hours Emiline was going to be Mrs. Emiline Gallagher. This was just all so surreal. Giving him a quick kiss, she stood up and stuck her hand out to him to help him up. "Well, I hope you know where to go, because I really don't know where to. So you lead the way." She said overly ecstatic. This was the moment that she had been waiting for, even if at first they were going to wait years down the road. It was like she said, what were they waiting for? So what if they were still in school. This was the second half of their last year.

Benny kissed her back.Then got up using her offered hand to get up off the floor. "thanks" He had said, in regards to her helping him up off the ground. Then he laughed and said, "yeah. I know where we can go. But the question is... should we leave a note to the others... or just go without notice. Because i wonder if we should tell them or they have to wait until it is official to find out?" He laughed because it didn't matter either way. what mattered was that they were happy and together. Sure he could imagine the rough time that the others would give them... and he was sure Izzy would be mad at them... but at this particular moment he didn't care.

Oh good question. Should they leave a note? "Nah. Let's just go. They can find out later if they choose to." She said her heart pounding 100 miles per minute. This was it, the moment she had been waiting for. They were actually going to get married. Emiline Gallagher. That did sound right. St. Claire was a name of the past and she would proudly and gladly take his last name. The adrenaline was just crazy right now and she wasn't even up at the alter yet. "Let's go. I don't want to wait any longer. They can find out later." She said very anxious to go get married. This was so, spontaneous and reckless. Most people would frown upon them, but she didn't care. This was romantic to her, just running off together and getting married upon their own will.

Benny chuckled and said, "good idea because if we told them... they would probably try to stop us and make us wait or something" He felt butterflies on the inside, nervous but feeling more excited about this each moment that passed. He, at this moment, didn't care if anyone thought that he and Emi were moving too fast.

He smiled and went over to the door and opened it so they could head out into the wintry night. "Ladies first my dear" He said playfully. After they would leave the house he would take her to the place that he had remembered that did this sort of thing.

Benny was so right. They would try to stop them for some logical explanation. Too young, too soon, too this, too that. Oh well, they wouldn't have to know therefore wouldn't have to deal and worry about it. Taking a hold of his hand, she walked through the door and pulled him along with her, completely excited about this whole thing. Even if society would frown upon it, Emiline didn't care. All that mattered was Benny and her life with him. Everything was in place for them anyways and it wasn't like they were going to give up on their dreams just because they got married. Actually, Emi thought that because they were married they would help each other reach their individual dreams. It was a companionship, a relationship and that's what you did. Supporting one another was just a great thing about their relationship and now it would be even stronger. "After you now since you know where you are going." She said still holding onto his hand

Benny smiled and locked the door after they left. He didn't know where Benji and Cass were, but he supposed that Jay and Selena were at their own apartment. at any rate, if the others decided to come back, they could unlock it themselves.He still couldn't help but to grin each time she grabbed his hand. He felt like they would always be two peas in a pod, two puzzle pieces that always fit together, there were many other metaphors to describe them but he didn't care. "oh ok, follow me." He led the way towards the justice of the peace.

Following Benny's lead, she just couldn't believe it. This was all happening tonight. Going down the street, Emiline took a deep breath of the evening air and felt a bit of ease from her adrenaline rush. Step by step, she followed Benny all the way to the court house where a justice of the peace was there, probably doing some extra work or something, but definitely not expecting an evening sudden wedding. Emiline walked a bit ahead of Benny, this time leading him and went straight up to the justice. "Hello sir. We were wondering if you were up to doing an evening wedding, well, now." She said not really knowing how else to put it. The man looked up from what he was doing and only smiled replying simply. "I obviously have nothing else to do. Of course I will preform this wedding." He said walking off probably to get his book of vows or something. Turning back to look at Benny, she smiled brightly and waited a couple of minutes until the man walked back out to a bit of an open area. "Does this suit you two?" He asked making sure it would be alright. Emi nodded for herself then looked back at Benny to see if it would be alright for him. "If it is, then both of you come stand in front of me."
