Benny couldn't help but to sigh in relief as they made it there without either one of the chickening out, not that they would chicken out anyways. But he had been worried that this was indeed too good to be true. He smiled brightly back at Emi. That smile washed away all sense of nervousness that he had felt. When the guy came back and asked if it suit them he nodded. He didn't care where, as long as they were together, he was happy. He heard the guy say to them to stand in front of him. He closed his eyes for a moment and took a deep breath before going over there.

Following Benny's lead, Emiline walked up beside him and looked up at the justice. "We are here today to participate in a most joyous occasion, to celebrate one of life's greatest moments, by acknowledging the wedding of..." The justice stopped and Emi couldn't help but chuckle. "Benjamin Gallagher and Emiline St. Claire." She said smiling at Benny and then looking back at the justice. " the wedding of Benjamin Gallagher and Emiline St. Claire. Benjamin, do you take Emiline to be your lawful wedded wife? Do you promise to love, honor, and protect her? Share the good times and achievements as well as the hard times and disappointments? Keep her in sickness and in sorrow and to be faithful to her forevermore?" The man asked looking at Benny to get his 'i do'.

Benny smiled softly when Emi said their names. Although it had been a long time since someone used his full first name. He put that in the back of his mind as he listened to the justice speaking. He glanced at Emi with a loving look before responding with, "I Do." It wasn't like he would ever say no. because he loved her. and he was sure he always wanted to be there with her. He just glanced back at the justice as he was continuing the wedding.

Those two simple words made Emi's heart go crazy. This was the best day of her life. This was just more than she could ever ask for. For now on she wasn't going to be just Emiline St. Claire. She would be a part of someone, part of something. The justice smiled and then looked at Emi. "Emiline, do you take Benjamin to be your lawful wedded husband? She said taking a deep breath to make herself not completely cry. "Do you two have rings?" The justice asked them both. Though it may not have seemed it, Emi was prepared for this moment because of a vision she had had, knowing that she would have to have a ring for an anytime use. Nodding her head, she pulled out a simple golden band ring for Benny and took another deep breath. "Now Emiline you take Benjamin's hand and say 'I give you this ring in token and pledge as a symbol of all that we share with my constant faith and abiding love.'" Taking Benny's hand, Emiline started to cry a bit more, not able to help herself. "Benny, I give you this ring in token and pledge as a symbol of all that we share with my constant faith and abiding love." she said slipping the ring on his finger. Smiling at him, she heard the priest tell him the same thing to do.

Benny's heart and mind raced after Emi said 'i do of course.' It was very surreal. If he thought getting engaged to her or starting dating her was the best day ever, he was wrong. this was now the best day ever for him. Benny nodded to what the justice had asked. He was trying to hold in any tears or whatever. After Emi had slipped the ring on his finger and repeated what the justice said, it was his turn. He grasped her hand and slid her ring on her finger as he repeated, "Emi. I give you this ring in token and pledge as a symbol of all that we share with my constant faith and abiding love." He blinked back a tear of happiness.

Tears were now rolling down Emi's face from the shear happiness she felt at that moment. It was done, official. All there was left was the kiss and she would be Emiline Gallagher. "Now that you have joined yourselves in matrimony, may you strive always to meet this commitment with the same spirit you now exhibit. We all bear witness to this ceremony you have just performed and you may now call yourselves by those old and respected names, husband and wife. May God bless this union. You may kiss the bride." Emiline looked at Benny and waited for him to do as the justice said, kiss the bride. This wasll just all so amazing. They had finally taken the ultimate step in their relationship, the everlasting step.

Benny didn't hesitate when the Justice said that he may now kiss the bride. He kissed her in the most happiest and loving way that he could. This was just too amazing. They were now husband and wife. He was most definitely floating on cloud nine. There was nothing that could bring him down tonight.

Feeling his lips come in contact with hers, she automatically wrapped her arms around his neck and kissed him back with so much emotion, so much love, so much... muchness that she couldn't help but cry a little more. Taking the long kiss and turning it into short kisses so she could talk a bit, she got "I love you." Out between kisses before she broke it and looked at him beaming. "Thank you so much sir. We appreciate it lots." She said very grateful that he had been there. "Your very welcome. Now go off you two." He said. Without hesitation, Emiline took a hold of his hand and started to lead him out of the courthouse and out the door, completely happy about their decision. Emi and Benny Gallagher. Emiline Gallagher. The name rang through her head several times and it sounded sweeter and sweeter each and every time.

Benny continued kissing her until she stopped. He then smiled and replied, "I love you too." then he turned to the justice and said, "thanks" to him. Then his hand was taken hold by Emi as he was led out by her. "this is just so amazing... so surreal." He said happily as they left the courthouse."what shall we do? go back home or what?" He asked curiously to her.
