Winter is overrated. Snow is overrated, unwanted and as soon as it started, Bianca wanted it to stop. A plague. Who needs it. Tired of the empty house, Bianca had tossed on some boots and a hoodie over her pajamas and trekked through the snow to the guest house. It was just as empty but the guest house wasn't as large and didn't echo.. and Bianca had been cooped up in the house for a while, she needed a change of scenery. Outside for long periods of time was completely out of the question. Freezing weather, for one. Then the snow. That was two, three and four. How people could stand to throw it at each other was beyond her. Bianca would, and had in the past, curse anyone who tried.
With some difficulty she kicked her boots off at the door, not wanting to track snow (not that it would last long) or get the floor soaked. Kara may be annoyed even if she wasn't there. She sighed and pushed the sleeves of her hoodie up her arms. Until she was warm, it would stay on. Bianca was in her pajamas, she hadn't bothered to change. She was only switching houses, it wasn't like the guesthouse didn't have heat. "Winter wonderland my ass," she grumbled, glancing to the falling snow as she passed a window. Now that she was there, what would she do?
"Who needs winter or wonderlands?" she sighed again, headed towards the kitchen. Bianca was not big on cooking. Maybe she would play pool.. or a video game. Not that she was all that skilled with the latter. Or poker. Pool was easier, it was not as creative as a video game but more mental. You had to concentrate. "Hot chocolate," she continued to talk to herself, grabbing a package - only because it had the little marshmellows - a mug, and proceeded to prepare the drink, making sure to eat one of the small marshmellows before dumping the bag into the mug of water.
