Ah the yule ball... supposedly the most formal dance of the year. Jay was standing at the bottom of the stairs waiting for Selena. In his hand, he twirled a singular rose. He was sorta looking forward to the dance. Just because it was fun getting together with people and hang out. sometimes even cause some trouble. But he wasn't going to cause trouble... or was he? He was in a better mood, since taking a break from working and the fact that Benji had escaped and AJ was back in everyone' s lives once more.
Jay was excited to go to the dance with Selena. This would be the second dance that they went to, together... so he still was sorta hyped up about it. but what he didn't know was... he wouldn't get to dance with her all night.

Everything was perfectly in place with Selena. Her hair was pulled down perfectly into soft waves, her makeup with smudge free and complimented her eyes, and her dress fit amazingly around her petite body. Smiling into the mirror, Selena knew that it was high time for her to go meet Jamie down stairs to head down to the yule ball. This was going to be great. Being able to hang out with everyone and dance with Jamie to slow dances. That was the best part to her, him holding her tightly while swaying a bit which they called dancing. Getting up from her little stool, she walked out with her heels clicking the ground and she made her way downstairs only to come upon Jamie waiting for her.
Smiling, she walked up to Jamie and gave him a gentle kiss. "Why don't you look handsome Mr. Maddox." She said putting a hand on his shoulder and then running it down his arm. Then she let it go up to his hair pushing it back a bit and smiling. It was in a nice pony tail, but some of it had fallen out of it. "I love the hair. Looks very nice." she said really thinking Jamie looked awesome.

Jamie blushed playfully. there was something about when she said that he was handsome, that made him blush every time. "why, Thank you Miss Johnson, you look quite simply... stunning as always my dear." He kissed her back sweetly. This would be a great dance. but the only thing he regretted, that he wouldn't get to dance with her all night if the guys ended up playing. Which if theirs and Lily's plan worked, they certianly would be.
"thanks. thought to be somewhat formal looking with a casual flair. don't you think? " He joked about his hairdo. "but you do look lovely hun. and this is for you" He gave her the rose and gave her another kiss.
