Champions DANCE!

The beautiful Great Hall was decorated beautifully in the winter. The Yule Ball has come to Hogwarts. Students lined the doorway waiting for the champions to walk in with their dates. The lovely and beautiful ladies dress in their beautiful ball gowns. The Hogwarts and Beauxbatons boys in their dress robes and the Durmstrang boys in their respected dress robes. The three champions waiting outside to walked in for their dance.

Izabella stood outside the castle taking a deep breath and saw her breath due to the cold. She touched her stomach lightly. She was freezing yes but she didn’t mind it any more. Standing there she looked toward the snow covered grounds and thought about what has happened so far. Wincing lightly she pressed in on her stomach lightly. She hadn’t planned on staying long. She wouldn’t have come if it wasn’t for the rule they had to come. One of her good friends was watching Madee in the carriage. Madee had gone to bed early and had helped Izzy get ready for the ball. Madee herself had gotten all prettied up and her and Izzy and a few of the Beauxbatons boys and girls had had a small dance for the children.

Laughing lightly she took a deep breath. She had yet to go inside to see Theo. She was grateful to him. He had been such a great friend of hers to go with her to the ball and find Madee with the help of Benny. That in itself she owed him her life and she had said this many times to him and Benny already. Izzy was scared about the holidays. Paix and Brayden’s wedding was coming up and Madee was their flower girl. Madee would get to dress up again and be all pretty. Happier then ever Izzy stood there quietly as she waited to go in the castle. Honestly she just wanted to leave and go lay with Madee which is what she planned on doing after she was finished with the dance.

Although she felt bad for leaving Theo she knew she had to be with her baby after what had happened. That’s when thoughts of her twins crossed her mind. Looking down she straightened her dress. She had been so sick lately. Not being able to deal with it she had gone and found out she truly was pregnant. She had been pregnant since before the first task and was surprised to find that she hadn’t lost the baby in the first task. It was a miracle. Same goes for her suicide attempt. The baby lived through all of this. So far that is. Resting her head in her hands she thought for a moment. She was glad she had made up with Kyle. That they could be friends again. It meant so much to her.

Knowing that it did to Kyle aswell because now he could see his daughter and was able to watch her grow up. Izzy had promised to let him stay in his little girl’s life. That no matter what Izzy would let Kyle be apart of Madee’s life. Laughing lightly she remembered she had even agreed to let him beat up all the guys that would hurt her if he wanted. Smiling she looked up. She had stopped drinking after getting Madee back. She was changing her life around again and promised everyone that she would not go back down that road. She would never drink again not even champagne at her wedding. Swallowing she could hear all the giggling and laughing coming from girls that were going to the castle.

Just wanting to stand there and not go in. She was afraid to go inside. Izabella didn’t want to be apart of something that made her feel horrible inside. She had yet to tell any of her friends. Alex knew she was pregnant and that was it. She hadn’t even told Madee yet. Being afraid to tell anyone else right now she knew this was what would do it. A slut. A whore. This is what Izzy had become. Someone who just had sex and then ended up pregnant. It seems that is all that had happened to her. Almost every time. Blinking she her locket and just stood there taking a deep breath. How was she suppose to tell Emiline. Or Benny. Or Albus and Kyle. How was she going to tell her daughter?

Izabella was scared to death of going inside because she could already hear the taunts and the curses that would come next term when she was showing. Biting her lip she closed her eyes and looked down. Quel suis-je allant faire…? Thinking to herself she stood there holding her tears. She knew she would ruin her make up and she couldn’t have that. Standing there breathing deeply she saw her breath once more. Her body was numb now. Izabella couldn’t move. She was far too cold to move. Blinking she found herself moving to the castle doors. She pulled up her dress and starting walking. She couldn’t feel her feet though. She was so cold her skin had a lightly blue tint to it. It matched her dress.

Blinking she numbly continued walking but was still cold. She looked down and noticed she was shaking. Why did it have to be so cold here? Izzy had rarely come to the region in the winter. She wasn’t use to this kind of cold. Walking into the castle she stood there leaning against the wall waiting for Theo to arrive. She had stupidly left her wand in her room so she couldn’t cast a warming charm on herself. Breathing deeply she held herself shaking lightly. Where was Theo? Maybe she was just early and he wasn’t finished. Losing track of time was easy for her. Or maybe he couldn’t find her. Whatever the case he wasn’t here yet and Izzy was so cold. The blue had faded and she was just so cold still.

Izabella stood there in the beautiful blue dress that fit her figure rather well. Her earrings matched her dress well. Her rings the same color as her dress. She high heels matched int blue as well. Around her neck she bore a locket once given to her by her sister. The blue was beautiful. Izabella felt so beautiful tonight. She had never felt as beautiful as she did on this very night but it wouldn’t last long because she would leave soon after the champion dance and take it off. Standing there still cold she closed her eyes and breathed deeply letting her body warm slowly. This is how she planned to look. She had gone simple with her hair. A simple crimp and pulled up half way in the back. Simple yet elegant.

[SPENCER THEO PRESCOTT]

Theo was late or so it seemed. Let's see why. He had been helping the guys with the sale at the venue. He was glad to see that the band was all back together. Then the guys had all left to get ready. He had a longer time to do it, since he had to go into the ship and head to the room where he was in. He got dressed and hurried out. The plank was frozen so he had do go down it with his skates. He skated on the lake as fast as he could without falling down. then he changed his shoes to the appropiate type of shoes and hurried to find Izzy.

He was used to the coldness of the air. but he still had a jacket on that was warm. Soon enough he had found Izzy. He ran over to her. for once not crashing into anything. He was pleasantly stunned by her outfit. He didn't have any romantic feelings for her, at least not any more. perhaps in the past there was a crush but he moved on. But he had to say,"Izzy... sorry i am late. and you look positively stunning." He flashed her a smile.

"are you cold?" He asked quietly. Of course... what a dumb question. It was cold out... so in theory she would be cold. He offered her his jacket so she wouldn't have to stay cold. or at least it would warm her up quicker.

Izabella stood there hugging her arms and took in a deep breath. She desperately wished to go back to her little girl. Looking down she heard someone stop in front of her. She opened her eyes and a light smile appeared. She blushed hearing him and nodded. ”It is alright. I lost track of time. And…thank you. Madee helped me. She had fun dressing up. She really wanted to come.”Izzy told him then looked down holding herself still then heard his question and nodded. Gladly taking his jacket she wrapped it tight around her small cold body. ”Thank you, Theo.”she told him as she stood there.

[EMILINE ICELENE GALLAGHER]

Gah, why did she have to go to this blasted thing. This was the last thing that she wasn't to go to. Getting dressed up and having to go to a dance was just so overrated. But the rule was that they had to go, unfortunately. But fortunately for Emi she had found a pretty descent dress that wasn't too dressy and wasn't too casual. Going to her bed in her undergarments, Emiline slipped her purple cocktail dress on and then magically zipped it up. Taking a breath, she stepped over to her full length mirror and took a look. Not half bad, not half bad at all. Smiling, she walked over to the bathroom and started to fix up her hair. It was going to be simple, just a bit wavy and pulled back some. No need to do a big fancy updo.

Perfect, her hair was perfect and her makeup that she wore was her usual slim to nothing makeup, but enough to notice that she had some on. Now for the finishing touch, her new purple converse. Though it wasn't so formal on that part, she didn't care. If she had to go to this stupid thing she might as well go in comfortable shoes. Slipping those on, she went back over to her mirror for one last run over. Perfect, everything was just perfect. Hopefully Benny would like her attire for the evening.

Taking a deep breath, Emiline sat down on the bed and put her head in her hands. This was going to be absolutely embarrassing. Playing music was one thing, but getting out int he middle of the dance floor and dancing was another. All eyes were going to be on her and Emiline just wasn't the best dancer in the world. Two left feet is what Emiline had and it was both a curse and a blessing. A blessing because it made her an amazing drummer, but a curse because she just couldn't dance. Oh why did they have to torture her like this. Why couldn't the band just play for the ball and it suffice as the dance for the champions.

Picking her head up from her thoughts, she figured that she better get down to the common room to meet Benny. Hopefully he would be down there by now. Surely he would right? Stepping out of her room, she made her way down the stairs and to the bottom landing where she stood looking around for Benny. Maybe he was hiding, or was he just not ready yet? Maybe he was outside of the common room door. Where ever he was, she hadn't been informed of any plans before he came to get her. So maybe he was just getting ready in his room. Who knew, Emiline wasn't in any hurry. Hell, it would be even better if he just didn't come and they couldn't go to the ball. That would make Emi's night, though she would want to see him later on that evening, not just blow spending time with him off completely.

[BENNY GALLAGHER]

It was the Yule Ball. Benny didn't care for organized dances. hell the only dancing he liked to do was the kind he and the guys do to get people pumped up for the songs.But then again, he got to spend the night with the one who he loved.So he was fine with it. He got dressed in some good clothes. It was dressier than his normal clothes.

He hurried down the stairs to find Emi. Once he got down there he smiled gently at her, "well hello beautiful" he said in a soft tone. He kissed her cheek. then he gave her a beautiful flower that looked real but it was a carefully folded origami flower. Attached to it was two real flowers, tied together with a ribbon that matched her dress. "ready to go?" he asked her quietly.

[SPENCER THEO PRESCOTT]

Theo smiled at Izzy and said, "sounds like me... i was getting a bit carried away that i didn't note the time. I had to skate across the lake to get to you" He laughed gently at that. He wasn't complaining, he was just making fun of himself. then he said, "oh? and how is Madee this evening? I actually went and got you two a gift for christmas,but you have to wait until christmas to get it, because the owls will send it to you guys at midnight. kinda like the muggle christmas thing... of santa. " He had a grin on his face after saying that. He just wanted to bring some cheerfulness to them during the holidays.

"no problem Izzy.You will knock 'em dead with that dress. Belle of the ball and all. " He said in a sweet but playful manner. "i feel honored that you even let me escort you to the ball. "

[♥ IZABELLA JADYN JODINE]

Smiling she nodded pulling the coat around her body. Laughing lightly she heard him. ”We are too much alike. We have known each other for way too long.”she said laughing then looked at him and smiled. She loved when Theo made fun of himself. Because she did it too. Smiling she nodded and gasped hearing him. ”Oh she is lovely. She is asleep but she really wished she could come. I almost brought her but…headmistress said I could not. Poor girl cried but we were allowed to give the children their own party. It was fun. Madee looked so cute. But it tuckered her out so I put her to bed early. Oh you did not have to do that Theo. But thank you. Madee will be very happy.”she said smiling at him and nodded then looked away and took a deep breath. She blushed a bright color as he body warmed.

”Zank you, Theo. You are so sweet.”she said and hugged him then kissed him lightly on the cheek in a friendly manner. Smiling she looked down and then back up. ”You’ve always been zere for me just as Benny has. If not more due to our…hard times. It was either you or some random person. I am glad it was you though. Zank you so much for coming with me and zank you so much for all you have done. I greatly appreciate it. I am ze one zat is honored.” Izabella hugged him alittle tighter smiling softly. She meant every word.

[KYLE MASON ROBERTS]

Kyle was really nervous for the yule ball. Being the only boy champion he didn't know if he could be amazing like victor krum and all the past durmstrang champions who have competed in the tournament. He wasn't looking forward to tonight. His girlfriend and him had broken up so had to changed his date since him and cora were over. Kyle wearing the durmstrang dress robe smiled and headed to the great hall.

Kyle's date was another hogwarts student by the name of Nicholette Bludd. She was a slytherin and they had met last year and had stay good friends. He asked her since cora had stop talking to him and he just ended the relationship because he just need to leave again. Kyle smiled and wondered what Nicholette was wearing. He was happy to see his friend again. He liked that she was here for him. He was also kind of excited to have fun tonight.


Kyle was also nervous. Not to see Izzy but Cora. He felted like cora was proable going to be moving on and try to make him jealous. He was over her anyway. He kind of regrets even getting back with her. He smiled when he walked into the great hall to see izzy, her escort spencer, emiline and her date. They all looked great. Kyle looking very sharp headed over to say hello to izzy. He liked that izzy and him had made up.

He smiled and walked up to her. ''Bonjour Izzy'' He said. ''How is madee tonight'' He asked. He though she looked very pretty. He smiled at spencer. He had changed from the boy who wanted to his daughter to having friendly relationship with her mother and being able to have his daughter in his arms. ''Have fun tonight izzy, '' He said.

He was being protective of her again. Just like there friendship when they were younger. He missed having her friendship. He didn't mind not being with her but just being around her and madee just made him happy. He smiled and waited for his date. He knew tonight was going to be fun but so what scary since he didn't really dance much. He just put a smile on and waited to see what people were going to say. He knew being champion had his positives and negatives. He just was ready to deal with this night.

Izabella smiled seeing Kyle. She nodded and curtsied to him. ”Hello Kyle.”she said softly then looked at him laughing lightly. ”She is sad. She wanted to come. Maybe me and you can take her out and dance with her after this is over.”she said softly then looked at Theo and smiled and nodded at Kyle. ”You as well Kyle.”she said then looked back at Theo.

Nikki looked around as she walked into the Entrance Hall. She took a deep breath as she looked around. Her blonde hair lay lightly on her shoulders. It was pulled on the side so some hair was in her face. She pulled up the skirt of her dress as she walked in. Glancing around she saw the others and smiled seeing Kyle. He looked very handsome. ”Well don’t you look handsome Mr Roberts. Those robes fit you well.”she said softly looking at her date and good friend. Kissing his cheek lightly she smiled at him. He looked very nice and neat. Nikki was happy he had asked her. She didn’t want to go by herself or stay in the common room.

Hearing the thuds coming down the stairs, Emi couldn't help but shake her head and chuckle as she knew that was Benny making his debut. So when he came down the stairs and looked at her, she put her hands on her hips and just smiled in a teasing way. "Well hello handsome. Someone looks quite spiffy. I like it. You clean up well." When Benny went to kiss her, she caught him quickly in a kiss on the lips and smiled. Emi really tried to look nice, but it was hard to get all dressed up for something you didn't want to go to. Formal dances were just not Emi's cup of tea.

But the flower that he got her distracted her from her thoughts and she simply smiled and gave him a hug. "I love it. Danca liebe." She said letting go of him and standing on the landing still. "Yes of course I'm just ecstatic about going to this thing. I want to leave asap." She said sarcastically and then chuckled stepping down from the landing. "Champions dance then you want to sneak out of there?" She asked grabbing his hand and leading him to the door to make their way down to the ball.

Benny chuckled and said,"just wanted to impress you my dear. " He gave a cheeky grin. He figured she was going to surprise him with moving for a kiss on the lips instead of cheek. He loved that about her. He had kissed her back before saying, "but yeah, you do look amazing for someone who supposedly doesn't like formal dances.Oh hell you look amazing all the time" He looked innocent after saying that.

He had hugged her back and said, "you're welcome. and i am glad that you like it. I thought it would be perfect for you." He chuckled as he hopped off the spot and walked with her. "sounds like a spot on idea... but... the guys.. are plotting to play at some point during the dance. can't tell you all the details though" He followed her lead.
