Visiting Hours Are OVER - Benji-

[KARA ANITA JOHNSON]

Kara had gotten up early this morning, So happy that the morning sickness was just about over, she thought it would ever go away. So taking this day that she felt really good, she decided to head for Azkaban. Un-noticed that is, she didn't want the press or anyone to follow her around. So she had gotten dressed, ate, packed something to eat and took her pills before heading out. Her driver opened the door for her, she was in a long wool hooded coat, you couldn't see her face. She didn't want to be caught by anyone, plus she needed to keep warm for the baby's sake.

As he drove off, she dozed off in the back of the limo. It was nice that they all had tinted windows as well as all her cars, she didn't want to take the chance that she could be attacked. She was very tired, getting all ready for todays trip. Benji was innocent, she knew that. He wouldn't have ever done anything to hurt her at all, but more so, Alex decided to turn himself in. Sometimes he was such an idiot, and she was also here to bail her brother out. Why he would take the blame for killing their father was beyond her, but he was innocent in that matter at least. Kara wouldn't ever tell another soul that she was the one who killed her father. They wouldn't ever find out, now that Alex had said he had done it, like they would ever believe him.

The driver woke Kara up, and she fluttered her eye lids a few times, trying to wake herself up. She needed to be awake for all of this, but what made her fall asleep in the first place? She quickly got out of the car and walked to the edge of the dock, where a boat was waiting for her. It could be considered a small ship, one that she had rented to get across the north sea to Azkaban. Once she reached it, she apparated outside the huge doors. The place had to be rebuilt in a few places, from the breakouts in the past. Mrs. Johnson was an expected guest, who was supposed to be treated in the highest respect by the guards, since she could probably get them fired quicker than two shakes of a lambs tail.

Having walked inside, her face was seen by the guards, and showed her the way to the leads quarters. "I'm here for Alexander Jensen Johnson, but i would like to see Benjamin Monroe Jennings First, Please?" She stated, and waited for an answer from someone. She didn't care who, and when they had brought another prisoner in he whistled at her, which made her slightly uncomfortable, but she hadn't shown any emotion, she simply just pulled up her hood again and waited for one of these people to help her, she wasn't very patient today.

Azkaban, being a depressing place for both prisoners and guards alike, there was always someone replacing the guards who gone and offed themselves. And if the guards can't take it, what makes people think the prisoners can too. Most would have gone crazy in their head after a long period of time. Thankfully a week or so was not considered a long period of time. So Benji hadn't gone completely mad like some have had done before him. He was still very much sane in his cell. just bored really.

In the main guard post, the head guard was training the new recruit. But sadly for him the head guard hadn't mentioned how powerful Kara was.So the new guy had told her,"Sorry Miss. Visiting hours are over for the morning." The other guy wasn't there at the moment because he had to go to the restroom. when he had come back over, he had noticed Kara. "this lady was trying to visit during non visiting hours..." the new guy had told the old veteran guard. The older guy just happened to be the one who brought Benji in.

"Ah Mrs Johnson... What may i help you with today? Visiting some of our inmates? who is it do you want to see? I am sure Dijon would be happy to oblige you.Or if you perfer, I could take you to them. Please forgive him, he is new around here. and i was going to explain your importance around here, but didn't get a chance because you came earlier than expected." said the veteran guard to Kara.

Kara stood there wide eyes at the young chap. He had to have been new around here or he wouldn't be mouthing off to her. He wouldn't get very far with her, especially since she wasn't really in the mood for his theatrics. She could take him out in a second, even if he was trained. "obviously, your lack of knowledge means your one of the new guards. you could have your intestines on a stick for talking to me like that you know" She rolled her eyes from under her hood. She needed to keep a level head, she took a small breath in and out, a few times.

Ah, now the little twat was telling on her. Not much good it would do him, sadly he held no power against her. Kara removed her hood once again to talk to the elder guard. "i'm here to pick up my brother, do you think your new guard.... Dijon is it? Could assemble the nessasary paperwork by the time i get back up here? or is it to much to ask? And i would prefer if you'd esscort me" She said in a little more than peeved tone, as she was not very happy with the noob guard. Oh plus the fact that she was pregnant and her day was turning from good to worse.

It had been a good two hours from her home in Wiltshire, to even get to the closest dock, another two hours to actually make it to the small island way out north, in the north sea. "i need to speak to your director when he gets back as well, it's for a certain private matter i'm afraid... and i've only been here a matter of minutes, and it took about four hours to get here, so you must simply be late. If you haven't already sensed that i'm pregnant, now you know. Ought to try and keep that in mind and not get me more agitated than your young guard already has" Kara said ready to see Benji, having pulled her hood over her head again.

The elder guard listened to Kara and kept a close eye on Dijon's reactions. Clearly this 'kid' was not cut out to be a guard in his opinion. The new guy was stuttering at the way that Kara addressed him. The vet nodded and then told the newbie to snap to it. He had made the papers appear. the new guy just had to fill out the stuff. "well then, Follow me, Mrs Johnson" He said to the young lady who was talking to him. He went over to unlock the door enough that they can get through.

"the director is dealing with a problem inmate.so it will be a while before you can speak with him, i'm afraid. So, you want to see Mr Jennings? The werewolf that we had apprehended just last week?Did i hear right? and your brother?" He just wanted to make sure he was taking her to the right people. "i'll try not to get you more agitated. but sometimes it is unavoidable."

Kara agreed with the veteran guard, the younger guard wasn't cut out for the job, at least this one. She wasn't going to do anything, she'd let it slide. Laughing in her head as he started to stutter after she had addressed him. Kara had followed the Vet through the door and it shut behind them. She just rather not have to deal with the kid any longer, she had her hands full with Alex's children as well as her own body that had children in it.

She had listened to the guard and nodded. So the director is busy once again, she sighed. "well thats alright, i fully intend to stay here for awhile, to speak with Benjamin Jennings yes. I'm hoping that your new guard will have done the paperwork right the first time so that my brother can be released, as i've spoken to the director about it, also i've paid his bail.... but i don't wish to speak with my brother until i get back to the room i just came from."

She listened to him speak again, and she just nodded, some of the inmates made sounds at her, but she just kept her distance, trying to keep to the center, near the guard until they had reached Benji's cell. She waited for the guard to clear it so she could enter. Honestly she didn't mind if he stayed close, she just didn't want him standing right next to her the entire time.

The guard told the other inmates to leave her alone or they will have to do double bathroom duty. he knew that these guys hated that so that should have shut them up. "i shall double check his work to make sure that everything is in order Ma'am. Because frankly i don't trust him. but i do trust you will be safe with Mr.Jennings, if you want me to double check and bring Mr.Johnson into the room that you were in?"

The guard opened the door to the cell block that Benji was in. He had the cell doors open so the inmates could come and go to the other inmates cells to talk. it made it easier for Kara to go in and talk to Benji without the bars in the way if she wanted to. The guard explained how to find him and then he finished what he was doing.

"yes, well maybe your staff should be better trained... or well checked out before offering and or accepting them for the job. As for Mr. Jennings, i think i can manage myself quite well thank you" She was appaled that he would even ask such a thing, but she just took it as if it were a sexist comment. Girls can't handle themselves, HA! Kara nodded to the officer, and walked into the cell, leaving him behind her. Her black hood was up and she stayed to the shadows, not to alarm Benji.

She had no idea if he was human form or not, she wished she could get him out of here, but she had no proof and the only reason she could get her brother out was because she planted some other idiot's memory with killing her father, and he had testified, Having been there herself she could honestly say that Alex had nothing to do with it. She just prayed to god that Selena never saw anything and she didn't say a word or Kara's life would be in great danger.

"Benji? are you human?" she was more curious to know, rather than scared, she hardly ever let her emotions show, unless it was some hormonal pregnancy thing. Those of which she really hated. Kara waited for an answer from him, or really any type of responce.

The guard had left to finish up his rounds and do what he had to do. Meanwhile, Benji had been sitting on his bed, looking out the small window in thought.His train of thought was disrupted by Kara's voice. He turned his head and said after sighing, "of course i am human... Full Moon isn't for few more days. " He rolled his eyes lightly. "and besides... i don't wolf out during the day time."

He crossed his arms over his knees. "what do i owe the pleasure of seeing you, or at least hearing you... today?" He asked quietly. He wasn't quite sure what to expect with her being there. He looked to the shadows and said, "why you over there?"

Kara just looked at Benji for a moment, ignoring his question. Why she was standing over here, Think benji. She wanted to protect herself and her baby from harm. Not that he would ever harm her, but she prefered not to become a were-thing any time soon, well more like ever. She liked her pureblood status to much to taint it. "i have to make sure you know, i don't want the baby in any harm... and how was i supposed to know that?"

She came from the shadows, having the guard open his actual cell so she could sit down beside him. He could now see her black cloak. She honestly didn't wish to be seen by anyone really. She didn't trust anyone, and when visitors spoke to prisoners, word would get out back in town and everything would be a mess. Or, the people who took her to the island could blab, but she highly doubted the later was true, since she had paid them all to keep their yaps shut. She sat down on the bed that was there, pulling off the hood.

"i heard from Jay, that you were here, and i'm picking up my idiot twin from azkaban... i wish there was something i could do to spring you, i'd would love to help you, i just can't prove your innocence. I don't think you could have ever done such a thing, ever. There really are a bunch of idiot guards here... this new guard didn't know who i was, and he told me that visiting hours are over... well it's early in the morning, i'm cranky and tired and i really hate having to come bail my innocent idiot of a brother out of prison. she had gone off like a rocket ship. Just really trying to blow off steam. She wanted just to talk to him, because she didn't feel like she could trust anyone else and it was so sad, she had felt so sorry for Benji, and she knew that she should be behind those bars, not him. She waited for a response from him, any type of response.

[BENJAMIN MONROE JENNINGS]

Benji sighed and said, "i would never hurt you. even when i am at my most savage i seem not to hurt women, especially friends. " He made a face at her, trying to show that he was disgusted at the thought of harming her. then he smiled gently at her when she came over. He was quite grateful for her visiting him. It just showed him that some people do care about him, besides the band and Cass and the ones closest to the band.

"of course you can't prove that i was innocent. because you weren't there. and frankly i did do it. but it was an accident. I didn't mean to do that to him... i just wanted to maim him enough to stop him from harming Cass, the unborn baby and myself. but obviously i was unsuccessful on that font because he stabbed me. i am lucky that it wasn't near my heart and that the healers were able to scrape all traces of silver out." said Benji softly. He looked down. I mean hell.. do the guards expect me not to want to protect the ones i love. i bet if they were in the same position, they would have done worse then i did."

He sighed and said, "yeah they are pretty dumb. i bet if i was to put some sort of wolf in here, i could get away. because some werewolves can change any time... but all must change at full moon..." without realizing it, he had just came out with a plan to get out of this wretched place."if he is innocent, why is he here?"
