Nodding she sighed and laughed lightly. She licked her lips hearing him and hid her face. Looking down hearing his next question she blinked. "When I started dating Alex...and....constantly...like....before."she said hugging herself gently. She had been afraid to tell him. She knew he had been one of the ones that had helped her the first time and she had relapsed. She nodded. "I am sure. She does." Nodding at what she said she smiled. "Yea. I wish we could go back."

Benny frowned and muttered, "i knew it. i just knew it. I knew he would be involved in your drinking. Damn it Izzy... Could you think for a moment that he is a bad influence on you? Why the hell would you even give in into that temptation again?" He was mighty disappointed in Izzy."i never liked him. nor trusted him. and to add drinking on top of that... Damn it Izzy... You are going to end up hurt again. I just know it. "

He might have moved on to better things and people... or at least found true love in Emi... but he loved Izzy enough to want to see her not waste her life drinking away. "i thought you were stronger than that Izzy." He said in a sad tone. Benny sighed in a disappointed tone. Sure he drank but not much. the whole band slowly were cutting back. Instead of the three or four beers or whatever the guys normally drank, they were down to one or two. Or in Benji's case, zero.

"who thinks that?"asked Benny curiously."who in their right mind would think i am a good parent?" then he laughed gently. He often thought back on what it would be like if none of the stuff happened happened. Like what if nothing caused them to break off... and her dating Kyle and such. and what if they never drank. What if. "sometimes i wish i could go back... but then again... part of me is happier with my life now."

Looking away she felt the tears roll down her cheeks. She knew he would do this. Hearing him bad mouth Alex made her angry. She licked her lips and looked at him. "I love him and he is the father of my twins. Plus...I hurt myself. I broke up with him because I was pregnant with the twins. Now zings are better. You do not understand. You never have."she said looking away from him still letting the tears fall. Swallowing she sighed. "Obviously I am not." Looking away she sighed. "I said. You would do far better zen I ever would."she told him softly and looked away again. "Zat makes one of us...."

Benny glared at her and said, "mark my words... He is not good for you. He never was. You said it yourself that you started drinking when you started dating him again. He is a bad influence on you. He is getting you to slip back into to those bad habits again. SO forgive me if i don't want to see my best gal friend go back down that downward spiral again. " It was quite unusual to hear him talk bad about anyone. but he was serious.

"obviously i don't understand. please enlighten me to the reason why you would love someone who is not even right for you. or perhaps you guys are perfect for each other. I wouldn't know because we have changed so much." said Benny darkly. then he said, "i guess i am the lucky one"

Izabella looked away crying. He was being so mean to her. Standing she looked at him. "I love him and I agreed to drink again. You're horrible and I never want to see you again."she said and turned away from him then looked at him. "You have everything you want. What do I have?"she asked before walking away from his mean comments.

Benny looked hurt. He was utterly hurt that one of his supposed best friends decided that someone who she is dating meant more than him. "well i guess i am chopped liver aren't i? I actually care about you Izzy. I care enough to not sugar coat the fact that i don't like that you are drinking again. Perhaps you are right. You are a bad mother. because a good mother wouldn't drink when she should be taking care of her kid. or kids" He obviously was in a hole. oh well.

"well you HAD a best friend who cared more about you than all the rest of your boyfriends combined... but you just lost him it seemed because you think that drinking and dating Alex is better than one of your oldest friends. You don't realize how bad that made me feel" He looked away at the lake, trying so damn hard not to cry himself.

Izabella stopped hearing him and gasped. She swallowed and looked down. She blinked and took a deep breath shivering at the thought. Clenching her first she looked down. Why was he being so mean to her? He was being horrible. ”I hate you Benny. You’re horrible. Maybe zis is how it was always meant to be. Maybe I was always meant to be a drunk! I HATE YOU!”she screamed and looked down. How could he be so mean?! Swallowing hard she turned when she had caught that he had called her a bad mother. She walked over to him with a red face and anger written all over her face.

”Benny….I hate you. I hope you…die. I do not want to be friends with you. I am happy for you and Emi but…I…I can not be friends with someone who is not happy for me. I love Alex and…he loves me. You…you…You are just a big bully that deserves to be punished. Please…never talk to me ever again. I can not stand to look at you. You may have been my oldest friend but…I can not…I can not be friends with you any longer. I use to think we would be friends forever but…you do not even care enough to respect my happiness. Good bye Benny…”she said before turning away in tears. Walking away as fast as she could so she didn’t have to hear him any more. She didn’t want to see him. This is really the end…

Benny yelled at her. "IZZY... You never were meant to be just a drunk. you are meant for great things... but by drinking, you are pissing away all of your chances at glory, or worse you are ruining all your chances at happiness." He looked down sadly. Her words cut into him deeply. It felt worse than the worst break up that he had ever had. Losing a friend was always hard, and he had lost a fair few friends in this lifetime. But this was worse than any of those.

The fact that she said that she hoped that he died, tortured him. Just to know his words of disapproval were bad enough to have her wish death upon him. He idly wondered what Emi would say about this. He wondered what side she or the others would choose. Both he and Izzy had the distinct chance of losing all their closest Hogwarts friends due to this fight.

He got up and followed her at a fast pace. he refused to just give up on their friendship. The way he saw it, it was a no win situation. He was screwed either way, so he had decided to go down fighting in a way , rather than just sitting idly by. "am i really a big bully just for saying things that are true? Do you really think that just because i don't like the fact that you drink and that you are with him that i don't care about you? Fuck then. You are so blinded by your supposed love for Alex that you can't see all those who truly love and care about you. The ones who Love you enough to want you to be healthy. "

There were tears in his eyes because he really didn't want to lose her. "people have successfully turn their lives around... why can't you? Why must you hide behind drinking. Think about Madee... Think about your twins.... would they really be better off with you drinking than you being sober? Think about all your friends. They don't want you to Drink yourself to your death." He yelled out to her as he ran after her.

Izabella just kept walking. She was hating herself. She hadn’t meant most of what she said to Benny but there was no going back now. She winced hearing him. Listening to him was killing her. She bit her lip and cried softly. She could tell he was following her. Grumbling she kept walking. She didn’t want to talk to him. Izzy just kept going. Not turning around. She heard his next statement and gasped lightly. Turning she looked at him. ”Yes. Yes. I am not blinded! I love him and he loves me! Stop it Benny!”she said covering her ears as the tears rolled down her cheeks. She shook her head and bit her trembling lip. ”Well I am not one of zem!”she screamed at him.
