favorite memory;; Casey's favorite memory is probably when she got her first camera two years ago, even if it was a hand-me-down from her sister. She had taken her first pictures with it and it means more to her than more camera she owns. While she has gotten two cameras since, she still carries her sister's camera with her and uses it from time to time.

personality;; Casey is very laid back and easy to talk to if someone needs to vent and a person to listen. But she very rarely does the talking. There aren't very many people she trusts to tell her problems and worries that they may have alterior motives or turn and stab her in the back. She's very quiet and shy, preferring to stay in the background with her camera than jump in the limelight for all the attention or get into a whole lot of trouble. The only times she may stray from her normal demeanor is if seriously offended (which would take quite a bit) or someone going at her family and friends, as she can be quite defensive in those situations.

history;; Originally born in Jersey City, New Jersey, Casey lived in the typical household as a child. A mother, father, two children, and a dog. Unlike many children, Casey didn't hate or fight with her sister. She was the person Casey looked up to most, even when she wasn't allowed to go 'hang out' with her because she was too little. Which was fine, she would play with neighbors' children on either side. So everything was great, she was part of that life that every mother would want for her family.
Her mother was a muggle, making her only halfblood. Being as Casey and her sister could not apparate her mother, she used transport by her muggle death trap as Casey called it. And she was proved right, though not in a way that she wanted to gloat about. On the drive home from a day of shopping, there was a head on collision with another car. Casey managed to get out of the backseat but something broke in her that day. After that, she was always quiet, never saying more than was needed to hear; never using a whole sentence when only a few words would do. Her father did the best he could, calling for his sister's help when needed. Casey refused any other help than that, refused counseling, saying it would do no good.
Not long(maybe a year or so) after the accident, Casey's father thought it better to pick up and move, hoping to find a better environment and new start, mostly for Casey. They set up in London, another reason being that her father thought Hogwarts would be a good change for Casey. Getting a letter from Hogwarts was bittersweet. Casey could at least stop the fake smiles and the 'I'm okay, everything's fine' while she was at Hogwarts. And she would finally be going to school(the best around even) to learn what she'd always heard Emma talk about, only Emma wouldn't be there with her. There were distractions, though. At least Hogwarts and London had that.
