favorite memory;;Lucius' favorite memory would be the day he met narcissa, yes she was only a year younger than him, but times were a bit different back in the 70's. Things were a lot simpler back then and he actually showed his emotion to her, after he had first lost her and won her back, they were the it couple back then, they married and had a child.

He's also arrogant, selfish and very highly concerned with his family's social standing. Lucius has always cared greatly for his wife and son. He was always protective over his only child, even though he had high expectations for his son. He scolded him once for being beaten academically by Hermione Granger. In the end, he demonstrated that his family was more important to him than anything else.

Lucius was born november 17th 1954, and was the son of abraxas malfoy and his wife. He grew up having evrything and being taught about blood purity and dark magic. In 1965, age eleven Lucius started hogwarts. He was sorted into the slytherin house. He had become a member of the slug club, and in his fifth year became a prefect, this started the beautiful friendship between Severus Snape and himself. He had met Narcissa Black, she was a year younger than he had been, they married after graduating from hogwarts, and Draco Malfoy their only son was born in 1980.
Lucius became a death eater, and was a follower of the dark lord voldermort. He abandoned it all after the dark lords first fall back in 1981. He clamied that he was under the imperious curse, and hadn't meant to serve him. The ministry had accepted his explanation, but others thought it was a lie. Lucius then got a job at the ministry, as well as becoming one of the twelve governers of Hogwarts school. Lucius concitered sending his son to the durmstrang institute, having known the highmaster igor Karkaroff. Narcissa didn't like the idea of her son going to school so far away from home, so they sent him to Hogwarts instead.
When the second wizarding war came about in 1994, Lucius had been part of it, but it wasn't known to the public or the officals who had been a part of the muggle attack during the quidditch world cup. When the dark lord rose again in 1995, Lucius returned to him on his summons, claming that he had done everything in his power to find and help voldermort rise again. although the dark lord didn't believe that Lucius completely renounced his old ways, but only mildly doubted his loyalty, because Malfoy had fled the dark mark at the world cup. Harry was there when malfoy declaired his loyalty to the dark lord, but almost nobody in the ministry believed him and Lucius continued to have those strong ties to those very high places in the ministry. It was mostly in the form of finacial support as it had been in the past.
Lucius had been involved in a few minor things between the first and second wizarding wars, one being involved with the opening of the chamber of secrets and the second one trying to have the hippogriff buckbeak killed, also both cases resulted in trying to take out blood traitors and muggle born students.
Also in 1995, Lucius tried to pay off and convince the minister that he shouldn't clear harry's name in his trial, although it wasn't confirmed, they did have a secret meeting before the trial. Lucius met with Fudge often, so that he could place the imperious curse on the minstry officals and the order members, on voldermorts order's though. after the failures of the previous attempts to obtain the prophecy, the dark lord had lured harry to the hall of prophecies by planting a vision of his godfather being tortured in his mind. Lucius along with many other Death Eaters including his sister in-law Bellatrix were involved in the battle of the department of mysteries, Lucius was supposed to have retrived the prophecy failed, he had accidently broke it and was sent to Azkaban prision. The dark lord had blamed Lucius for the failure, as lucius had been teh commander of that small group, as well as having accidently destroying part of voldermorts sould with tom riddles diary, resulted in the loss of any standing with voldermort.
The summer of 1997, lucius and all the other death eaters escaped azkaban prison, with the help of voldermort, although the malfoy's weren't held in high regard to the dark lord, who took over their home as his base of opperations. He mocked the malfoy's at a death eater meeting, taking lucius' wand and the fact that narcissa had a werewolf neice, lucius had become a little more than a servent. The Malfoy family was desperate for a chance to be forgiven, and was thrilled when Fenrir Greyback had brought harry and his friends to the manor in 1998. Lucius asked his son to identify Harry, and his friend ron. Dobby had come to the rescue and freed them, Bellatrix and the Malfoy's were severly punished by the dark lord for letting them escape.
At the battle of hogwarts, Lucius showed that he was more concerned about his son and his safety than voldermorts cause, begging him to look for him when the fighting finally began. Narcissa had lied to voldermort directly for harry's sake when he informed her that Draco was still alive. She and Lucius both ran through the crowd not even attempting to fight, screaming for their son. After the fall of the dark lord, Lucius, Narcissa and Draco all sat in the great all duing the celbrations, looking unsure if they actually belonged there.
Later in his life, Lucius and Draco's crimes were forgiven, but only due to their abandonment of voldermort and his cause of Narcissa's lie to the dark lord that saved Harry's life in the forbidden forest, none of them had served any time in Azkaban for that, and Lucius eventually gained a grandson named Scorpius Malfoy, after Draco married Astoria Greengrass.
