Daniel’s favorite candies are mostly those of the chocolate and peanut butter flavors. Mainly Reese’s Pieces, Reese Cups, or even Peanut M&M’s. He loves cats, because they’re cuddly, loyal, and their love is unconditional. The reason he feels more comfortable around animals is because growing up, he could never talk to his ‘parents’ or his siblings about anything. He felt isolated and unwanted. Even unloved. Being creative, Daniel loves to draw even though his drawings look terrible cause he has no drawing talent. He also loves writing and is gifted with words. Though sometimes he honestly doesn’t know what to say and tends to stick his foot in his mouth. Figuratively speaking. Daniel truly values freedom and the freedom of expression. But he also will tell you the truth. He hates when people lie to him. And when they use him. He’s been used by people in the past. He doesn’t lie to people if he can help it. If he has no option left to him but to lie, Daniel will say nothing at all. He tries to be fair with everyone. And because of how lonely he is, lonely and wanting to be truly love, Daniel reads romance novels. While reading them, he imagines himself as the heroine who always gets the hot guy in the end. He craves true love and intimacy. He longs to be told he’s loved and wants to feel needed and wanted. He wants to be appreciated.

Daniel is homosexual, yes. But this is because he was abused by his stepmother as a child. And still has issues with his mother. Abandonment issues and some abuse issues. Therefore, he doesn’t really trust women. But he will stand up to them and treat them fairly. Daniel is odd that way. As long as he doesn’t have to have a physical relationship or a defined relationship with any girl or woman he’s fine. He tends to become emotionally attached to people too easily. That said, you could say he wears his heart on his sleeve. Though he will suppress his sorrow, anger, and need to have his parents actually be parents. He doesn’t really feel that he’s ever had a childhood. And, still being a virgin, he’s maintained his child-like innocence, belief in magic, mermaids, fairies, etc. Even if he is a wizard, he believes in the impossible. Even if something can’t be scientifically proven, he believes that somewhere, out there, it could and does exist. Daniel’s train of thinking can be described as fluid and philosophical. He believes in parallel dimensions, alternate realities, and that time is relative. That time travel, while already proven possible to wizards, is also possible for Muggles.

He’s a dreamer. Wanting to escape his horrible past, he often dreams that he’s a mermaid who swims far away into the sea to his freedom. Usually that, or that he’s living in out space on board a spaceship. In love with the doctors son. Daniel isn’t a trekkie, but he absolutely adores Wil Wheaton who used to play Wesley Crusher in the Star Trek series. If at all possible, Daniel likes to avoid conflict. He will fight for those he loves. But he will not throw the first punch. He doesn’t like to hurt others if he can help it. But he will defend himself and others when he needs to. Daniel has a strong sense of right and wrong. Though at times, he tends to be a hypocrite. He sometimes gives people his advice, but he doesn’t normally follow his own advice. If that makes sense.

And among all this mess, Daniel is free spirited. He hates wearing confining clothes or shoes. He’d rather go naked or barefoot. But the laws don’t allow that. He’s the type of guy who’d go dancing in a thunderstorm just to jump in the muddle puddles as he laughed and played in the rain. He hates the snow and prefers the autumn. Sometimes, he even buys stuffed animals just because they’re ‘cute’ and he thinks they ‘need a home’.

Daniel was born the second child of the Moon family. He was born into a family of Werewolves and therefore is part Werewolf himself. He was born in St. Mungos Hospital because of his parents not wanting the doctors to freak out if he was born in his Werewolf form as a puppy. That would've freaked anyone out. A pregnant woman giving birth to a human infant sized puppy. Wouldn't it freak you out? Anyway, Daniel's family comes from an entire line of Werewolves. It's an inherrited family trait.

Daniel had to be homeschooled as a child before of the fear his parents had of him wolfing out and killing one of his classmates. Or that he'd hurt them with his strength. Him being werewolf, or part werewolf, meant that his strength was stronger than a humans. And that he always liked his meat a bit rare. He still does like his meat a bit rare to this day. Ever since he was a little kid, he's loved the Autumn and the woods. Especially when he could go running barefoot through the woods. Barefoot and naked or practically naked because nobody else was around. He loves the moon and what it represents. Though he hates the sway it has over his moods and urges.

Naturally, Daniel got a letter from Hogwarts and began going to school there. He is quite skilled in Care of Magical Creatures, Charms, and Transfiguration. He is pretty good at Potions. But History of Magic bores him, and he positively hates Divination. He doesn't want to know what his future holds. He wants to make and decide his own future. He believes a person shapes their own future day by day and with each decision they make. Not only that, but he likes a few surprises in life. If he always knew what was going to happen with him, life would be boring.

Angel was hungry. And seeing as how he could sense the sun had set hours ago, he was fully awake. True, having a magical ring that allowed him to pass as human worked in his favor. The ring was enchanted to protect him from the sunlight. Which allowed him to walk, talk, eat, and do all the normal things regular people did during the day. True, he still didn't have a heartbeat or a pulse. But he would have a heartbeat and a pulse if he gorged on blood, feasting on a lot of people until his skin was practically glowing with their blood running through his veins. But Angel had learned to hunt carefully, and to never leave dead corpses behind when he fed. And when he had sex with the people he fed from these days, even though he left the typical vampire bite mark evidence on their necks, he had no fear of being hunted. Tonight, however, feeling rather horny and hungry, he'd decided to stay inside Slytherin house. All the people there, they were like a feast waiting to happen. Besides, with his speed and strength, he could have any of them that he wanted. They could fight against him, but he'd take what he wanted from them anyway.

Walking silently and nakedly along the corridor outside the doors to the boys dormitories, Angel grinned as he pointed at each. Almost as if he was playing the 'eenie meanie miney mo' game. Picking a door was almost like picking a prize behind a curtain on one of those stupid game shows. Each door housed different boys. Different boys, different flavors, different levels of difficulty in the catch. Picking one of the doors, he walked to it and slowly pushed it open. Stepping inside, he closed the door behind him. That was all he needed. An open door for the boy he chose to have some fun with to escape from him through. But oh well. If one escaped from the room, he still had five more to toy with. As he looked around the room, he could smell the body odors rising from the sleeping boys. Though most were sleeping, he could tell one or two weren't. Not only could he smell them, but he could hear their hearts beating in their chest. Definitely a distraction. Gazing around, he saw that Harley was awake and wearing nothing but a towel. It was almost too easy. He'd never had any fun with Harley yet. So, Harley got chosen to be his toy for the night.

Walking silently across the floor, Angel crawled up onto Harley's bed, wrapping his arms around Harley's shoulder from behind. The way he wrapped his arms around Harley's shoulders, Angel had pinned Harley's arms at his sides. His breath was warm as he purposely breathed against Harley's left ear and neck. "Couldn't sleep?" he asked, only asking because he could. Not neccessarily because he wanted to. "Don't worry. I'll take care of you.."
