Alexander Jensen Johnson was reflecting back on his life and all the choices he had made that caused quite a bit of heartbreak and agony. Not only did he kill several people throughout his life, but he was also pulled a million different directions and his path was jarred for so long. Alex Johnson was a terrible person who had done many vile things and the only good that ever came of his life had died. It threw him back into a whirl-wind of thoughts about repeating his past, because history always ends up repeating itself. He had just wished that his anchor, his gem, his miracle was still in his life. So to try and keep his promise he traveled to the gym he owned every day and punched through several punching bags, just trying to get all his frustrations out until he got to the point of healing.
Looking down at his hands that seemed to be bloody all the time, because he refused to wear gloves, he sighed and just stopped for a moment. It had been years since she had passed away and he moved in with his two beautiful daughters, Mimi and Kei and his step-daughter Madee. He did his best with helping Madee out, raising the girls and then all of them left and started their careers and occasionally came to visit him. Alex and his twin sister Kara became very estranged, all their lives they had been inseparable but now there was no contact. He had no one. How could he have been so stupid when he was younger, when it seemed that fate had finally given him a chance at being a good person and he blew it all to hell by being an idiot. "J'ai fini! Je suis dégoûté de moi-même, je n'ai personne! Rien!" ("I'm done! I'm disgusted with myself, I have no one! Nothing! ") He said in a very angry voice in french. Alex took a breath and continued in french. Everything he had loved about Izabella Jayden Jodine was in France. "Tout va finir ... maintenant." ("everything's going to end... now.") he said calmly in french.
Grabbing his towel and wiping off his head, face and upper body, he threw the towel in the bin on his way out. Walking to his car he got in and drove off. His senses had told him that a war had been brewing for awhile, and he was going to have to make a choice. After driving around for what seemed like hours, he found himself at a bar. The bar he used to own, but gave up everything to do with drugs and alcohol when Izzy came back into his life after the Tri-Wizard tournament. He got out of his 1970 Dodge Challenger and entered the bar. Going to a dark and remote corner of the bar to sit after purchasing a bottle of his favorite whiskey he sat down and just started to drink from the bottle. Alex couldn’t ever quite get over Izzy’s death and even though his family comforted him and he tried to put on a facade, they knew better and eventually they just left him to his sorrows one by one. Even his own sister left him. Within fifteen minutes the entire bottle was empty and Alex was feeling a whole lot better. So he picked himself up and left the bar.
It was now evening time and outside in the bars parking lot it was a lot fuller, much more noisy and he was ready to take on the world. Alex stumbled a little toward the alleyway and noticed that there was quite a bit of action going on. He decided to join in on the fun, raising his wand he strung up all the violent perpetrators and told the victim to run. Otherwise he could join them. One by one Alex tortured them. It looked as if they had just come out of a car crash and were barely alive. Green sparks finally flew out of Alex’s wand and each and every one of them fell to the ground. As they lay dead on the cold frostbitten ground, Alex looked at them and then realized what he had done. He had finally sobered up and started cursing in several languages. He knew he shouldn’t have let the darkness inside of him out, but it was too late. He did not have the strength to fight it. So he left the alley and drove off towards home in his car.
When he had arrived home, he was at least thankful that he hadn’t killed all those people like him and his sister did when they were growing up. There was no blood to clean up, no mess, except for the bodies. He was shaken out of his thoughts when he finally noticed a person sitting on his steps. It was not like him to not notice his surroundings, he looked around and there wasn’t another car to be found. No bike or any other mode of transportation. As he walked closer the figure in front of him became clear as day. Alex just stood there stunned as he realized who it was. “Hello Alex.” the unknown person spoke. This couldn’t be, Alex thought, he was still mourning her. It must be his imagination playing tricks on him. He must be thinking about her again, maybe he was dreaming.
A flashback of everything that they had ever been through had overwhelmed him and he didn’t know how to deal with it, so he just dropped to his knees and placed his elbows on his thighs and his hands on his face and just let out a very loud scream. Pulling on his hair, you could see all the muscles flex in his arms and the veins popping out. Why did she do this to him? No. Why did he ever let her go in the first place. He was a stupid moronic idiot for letting her go the first two times and then he was bewitched by that bitch, and he missed his chance with Izzy again. Alex had let everything go by him. He was finished. He didn’t want to live this life any longer.
