The Second Task }Kyle

The Second Task was finally upon the champions. After the last incident with one of the champions, the minister thought about delaying the task longer, but he just wanted it all over with as soon as possible to prevent any further injuries. Adrian assumed that they all had figured out what to do with the golden egg so there was no need to explain further. Each of the champions was to bring their loved one up from the bottom of the black lake. Using their wand and spells to do so, any use of gillyweed was forbidden a student had almost died, after the mermaids attacked the student.

"Welcome to the second task, last night something was stolen from each of our champions, a treasure of sorts. These three treasures, one for each champion, now lie at the bottom of the black lake. In order to win, each champion needs to find their treasure and return to the surface. Simple enough, but they will only have one hour to do so, and one hour only. After that they will be on their own. You may begin at the sound of the canon" Adrian looked around as the students gathered around to watch the champions as they were to begin their task. Kyle's treasure was Madeline Jodine.

Kyle Roberts wasn't really prepared for this task. He jumped into the water and shifted into a shark. He wanted to do what krum did. He headed deeper in the lake to find what he was looking for. He swam faster since he had the speed of the shark and found the sea creatures. He saw his treasure was maddie his daugher. He wasn't shocked that she was his. He smiled and grabbed her with his mouth and swam with her up to the surface. He was happy that he saved his daugher.

When they got to the top he had changed back to his normal self and help his daugher to the stairs so they could get warm since it wasn't really warm when they got up from the bottom of the black lake. He smiled and hoped he did well in this task. He was currently thrid. He bite his lip waiting for the the results.

Madee had been summoned to the headmistress and had been told what was going to happen. Honestly she was completely scared. Despite the soothing words of the others she still was quite scared. But she knew she was helping her daddy. The 7 year old was very calm as they put her under the trance and placed her in her spot. As she was there almost sleeping she waited for her daddy to come get her. Finally feeling the stuff around her ankle being cut she came to slowly. Very slowly which they had done because she wasn’t the best swimmer in this type of water. Finally reaching the surface she clung to Kyle as they placed blankets around her to warm her up. Looking up she tug on his arm and bit her lip. ”Did I do good daddy?”she asked in that adorable little voice of hers.
