Sebastian sat in a booth in an almost private corner of the Malter Cafe with a very beautiful blonde girl. They were drinking butterbeer contently and every now and then, he would lean in to whisper something in her ear which made her either blush, or giggle hysterically. All the while, Bastian was quite pleased with himself. He knew outsiders were looking jealously and no thoughts of a little red-headed vampire were popping into his mind. Besides, it had been a week since Lucy Weasley rejected him, so it was long enough for him to have moved on and to be happy... even if he had been seeing this particular girl (who was currently wrapped in his arms) for the month prior. Sebastian kissed her neck softly, feeling her long hair on his face, before pulling back and looking at Prue with a smile, “You’re gorgeous, you know that?”

Prudence sat there giggling as she heard what he whispered in her ear. She giggled and was glad she couldn’t blush. He was sweet and hot. How could she not enjoy this. Prue smiled as she leaned into him and took a drink of her butterbeer. She was honestly happy. She couldn’t help it. For the month they had been seeing each other for had been a rather fun one for her. She couldn’t help it as she sat there with Sebastian. Feeling him kiss her neck she giggled and looked at him smiling sweetly. Hearing him she giggled and kissed him lightly on the lips. ”I do now. You’re handsome, you know that?”Outfit: clickey here |

As her soft lips touched his, Sebastian followed her mouth as she pulled back, making the kiss last a little longer than Prudence had intended. Then, he just simply smiled at Prue and looked at her long golden hair, now raising his arm behind her and stroking the back of her head. A cheeky grin appeared as he said, “Yeah... I do,” and he laughed at himself. Bastian took another sip of his butterbeer, before turning again and looking at her. He took a deep breath, looked down and then back up at her, asking, “Prue, can I ask you something?”

Prudence smiled as he followed her lips and kissed her longer. She liked it and smiled at him. Quickly she thought back to when they had started seeing each other. He hadn’t been this sweet. It had only been about this week that he started being like this with her. It’s as if he was showing her off but she didn’t mind. She actually liked it. ”I’m glad you do.”she said softly as he stroked the back of her head. She grabbed her bottle and took a sip and then a bit of a bigger sip. Licking her lips lightly she looked at the bottle smiling and then breathed softly. Hearing his question she looked up at him. ”Of course you can Sebastian. You can ask me anything.”she said looking at him. She was curious but decided to not jump to conclusions. Prue would let him speak first.

It seemed that the moment he had spoken, Prudence got giddy almost instantly, and this eased things for him. It was weird though, normally, he cared very little for the girls he was with, just using them until he got bored. However, Prue was proving to be a lot more fascinating than just her initial beauty. She did make it very easy for him and he was quite clearly going to ask what they were both thinking, yet, Sebastian still struggled for some reason. Subconsciously, on some level, Lucy’s rejection had affected him more than what he thought, and was slightly expecting it from Prudence as well. “Ah... well.” Bastian started hesitantly. “You know how we’ve been hanging out for the past month...?” he slowly dragged this out. He even made it worse as he took a rather suspiciously long sip from his drink, almost finishing it. “I wanted to ask you, if... if you'd be mine.” he paused and waited for a response, but then realised what he was asking and instantly wanted to take it back! So he attempted to tack on the end, "...for the Yule Ball?"

Prue sat there being very giddy. Blinking she licked her lip after taking a sip. Breathing alittle she knew that drinking this stuff was not needed. Being full vampire from birth she didn’t normally do this but with Sebastian she would. Resting against him she sat there the as he spoke hesitantly. It kind of made her nervous. Looking down she held her false breath then heard the question and nodded. He was dragging this out and it made her feel ridiculous for trying to be happy. Biting her lip she waited for him to go on. Hearing his question she was in shock. As she was about to say yes he added something to the end. Hearing that made her happy. It wasn’t exactly the question she was expecting but it would do. Kissing his cheek she nodded. ”I would love to be your date for the ball, Sebastian. Thank you for asking.”she said softly kissing his cheek once more then sat back and looked at the bottle in front of her. Smiling she was happy that he had asked her. It made her feel so special.

Not being able to see her face as she sat leaning against him made his heart beat a little faster from nerves... which he was surprised to feel. At first, her expression worried him, but he had luckily covered his tracks. He wasn’t asking her something that he didn’t want to, and then to have to tell her that it was a mistake and disappoint her. Soon enough though, without prying into her mind, Bastian got his answer. He smiled as she gave him a thankful kiss, a little heat rushing to his ears as the realisation sunk in. Sebastian, for once, didn’t know what to say next. He sat insilence looking at her pretty face waiting for the words to come, but they didn’t. All she could see was a sheepish grin. He breathed a sigh of relief to himself and instantly forgot about his back-up plan, if Prue had said no. After some more silence, he finally asked, “So... what do we do now?” genuinely unsure.

Sitting there she sat close to him smiling softly. She was happy he asked her. Laying her head against his shoulder she took a sip of the bottle. She looked up seeing a sheepish grin and smiled softly. Hearing his sigh she rested against him again. At his question she was a bit shocked but then looked up at him. ”Hmmm….well…we could…hmmm….”she said then laughed lightly. ”For once I don’t know. Do you have anyideas?”she asked looking up at him being curious with a small smile. She hoped he did cause she had no clue.

As Prudence laughed, a cheeky smile appeared on Sebastian’s face, as her laugh made him think of something completely unrelated. It was definitely something that he had been thinking of recently, but thought it was inappropriate for the moment. “Oh. I could think of a few things,” and then he paused just before asking, “...but I think we should head back to the castle after we take a walk down Diagon Alley. Maybe pick up a few things, or see where it takes us?” And he hugged her a little tighter, but only slightly, as they sat in their little corner of the world on the cold winter day.

Prudence looked at him and rested there looking at him. He was so handsome and he had asked her out. She was excited. Really liking him was an understatement. She was falling for him and she knew it. Looking at him she rested against him and looked up. Hearing him she hit his arm lightly knowing what he meant. ”Sebastian!”she said at his pause then looked at him and nodded sitting up. She finished off her drink and looked at him. ”Let’s go. It’ll be fun.”she said when he hugged her. Hugging back she just enjoyed this. They were in their own little world and Prue loved it.

Sebastian finished his drink off too and started moving around to get out of the little enclave they were in. While he watched Prudence get up, he took out 2 Galleons and placed them on the table to cover their two drinks – which would clearly cover them and then some. Bastian didn’t care much for money, because he had a lot of it, and he liked to flaunt it. He smiled to himself seeing her, and then he took her hand to lead her out to Diagon Alley. However, this was the first time he had actually held her hand while they walked in public. Usually, he didn’t do public displays of affection. “You ready?” he asked as he opened the door for her.

Looking at him she stood smiling when he took her hand. She was surprised by that but she gladly accepted it. Blushing if she could she held it and smiled softly. ”Yes. Very.”she said looking at him and kissed his cheek again then looked around to see who was there and just stood there with him. She was happy. He meant a lot to her but she didn’t know if she meant the same to him.
