high flying fun} Aurora

[JERAD AUSTYN ASTOR]

Jerad finally found time to head down to the quidditch pitch to get some flying in.His life had been so busy recently. He walked along to the pitch with his firebolt in his hand. It was the only thing to get his mind off of the fact that Benji was still in Azkaban. His parents had just started the campaign in the papers to get him out. They were being very understanding about how much Benji meant to the band and to Cass. But he wanted to get away from all that so he finished his trek to the place that was calming to him.

Once there, He got on the broom and kicked off the ground. He soared into the air. Once he got to a reasonable height, Jerad was racing around the perimeter of the pitch and doing crazy stunts.

Aurora sat on her broom staring out over the clouds. She smiled and blinked. Despite not being able to see Jerad she understood why. It seemed that so much was going on with the band. Blinking she sat there and bit her lip. She then heard something and laid on the broom and rolled over being upside down and looked down toward the pitch and smiled at who she saw. Flying off toward him she remained upside down. "Having fun Astor?"she asked laughing lightly. She bit her lip and took a deep breath waiting for him.

Jerad was pretending to be surfing on the broomstick now, when he spotted Aurora. His lips pulled into a grin. "oh yes... i am most definitely having fun.. It looks like you are having fun as well Turner. Am I Right?" He then found a way to sit back down on his broom. "how are you this afternoon hun? i missed you." He meant that because he was so busy that he never got much time to see her, outside of classes and rounds. and practices.

Aurora smiled and laughed lightly hearing him. "Yea. I'm just Turner-ed around."she said smirking and moved forward kissing him lightly then flipped over and flew next to him. "I am alright. I justed had my head in the clouds."she said looking up and then smiled at him and then looked down. "How is everyone?"she asked softly looking at her man with a caring gaze. She understood how much he was going through and bit his lip lightly looking at him.

Jerad laughed and said,"Haha you are a regular comedian Aurora,dear." He kissed her back . Then he leaned on the broom to relax a bit. He sighed and muttered, "everything is so hectic with the guys. I mean with Benji being put into Azkaban... and all that Benny Drama... with him getting engaged to Emi... then he getting into a fight with Izzy over drinking and Alex... i am just glad to get away from it all" He took a deep breath."so instead of focusing on music, we have to find a way to get Benji out... and hopefully find a way for Benny and Izzy to make up. or things are going to hell it seems" He rolled his eyes.

Aurora sat on her broom and her eyes grew hearing him. So much has happened. She only knew about Benji but was surprised to hear everything else. Licking her lips she sat there and took a deep breath. "Wow." Seemed to be all she could say. She was shocked. She took a deep breath and looked at him. Looking at him she thought a moment. "Is there anything I can do or...?"she asked looking at him hoping she could help.

Jerad sighed and said, "yeah there isn't much we can do on the Benny font. except to be happy for him and Emi... and hope that he and Izzy find a way to make up... but that could take a while. The thing with Benji is much more pressing at the moment. " He glanced at Aurora and asked,"any ideas on how to get him out? because any help there would be appreciated." He did couple loop-de-loops before parking in mid air next to her.

Aurora looked at him and nodded. "Yea...that's great. I mean about Benny and Emi.. And...I'm sure him and Izzy will be friends again."she said then took a deep breath and looked at him. "My dad's a lawyer...."she said softly. "Mum too....maybe they can help you."she said softly looking at him being curious to if it would. She didn't know. Aurora wasn't exactly close to all of them like he was or at all for that matter. But they were important to him and she knew she needed to be there for him.

Jerad smiled and said "that would be great if they can help... i mean i have gotten my parents to help as much as they could... which is basically only running petitions in their paper etc. but if that had any impact it isn't much yet. " He sighed deeply. He cared about the rest of the guys immensely, even if there was a fight, they often stuck together and worked it out. which is why all the guys were on Benny's side for the benny and Izzy fight. and all the guys were trying to get Benji out of Azkaban. Because the Lost Boys stick together... simple as that.

Jerad was obviously stuck in the middle of all this. Sighing she nodded. "Alright. I'll contact them. My uncle is a werewolf and so is my cousin so my parents are big supporters of that movement to make a difference. Maybe this will give them more rights."she said and touched his cheek and nodded. Aurora would do anything for Jerad and his friends. She wanted to help. Looking out she looked back at him. "Jerad...what are you doing over break?"she asked softly looking at him. Aurora was curious.

Jerad smiled and said, "thanks hun. it means alot to me that you are at least willing to help us. and i am sure the others would appreciate it too." He grinned when she mentioned that her parents were supporters of werewolves. "i mean all benji was trying to do was to protect the woman and unborn babe that he loves so dearly from being harmed by someone who hated his guts... i mean is that so wrong? " He kissed her cheek. "well besides Bray and Paix's wedding, nothing planned. Speaking of which, would you like to accompany me,my dear?"

Aurora smiled and nodded. "Your welcome Jerad. I try my hardest."she said softly before looking away then back at him nodding. "It was the same with my uncle kinda. But he just put the guy in the hospital and he was also a werewolf. So...yea..."she said softly and looked up nodding and bit her lip. She was a bit surprised when he said he had a wedding to go to and nodded. Hearing him ask her to go she smiled brightly.

"I'd love to Jerad. She'll be a beautiful bride."she said looking at the sky and thought for a moment. "Umm...well ya see every year my parents throw a Christmas costume party and uhh....I was wondering if you'd like to go and officially meet my parents. Its Christmas Eve. I was just wondering..."she said softly shrugging her shoulders. She wasn't sure if he'd go but she would love for him to go with her.

Jerad sighed and said, "well i heard that Flint fell back and snapped his neck... which happened to be after He stabbed Benji... so Benji quite possibly didn't fully do it..." He shrugged lightly. then he said, "that's great and yeah she would be a beautiful bride... but not as beautiful as you... if and when you get married..." He flashed her an innocent grin.

"well normally... that is the day me and my sis make christmas cookies... but that doesn't mean that i can't go... "He looked thoughtful and said, "of course i would love to come." He couldn't say no to her. It sounded like a fun time.

Listening she sat there and nodded. "Hmm...interesting."she said softly then looked up then back down blushing. "Thanks Jerad."she said and bit her lip. She took a deep breath. She smiled looking up. "Well it is later in the day."she said and smiled brightly. "Oh thank you Jerad."she said and hugged him gently and kissed his cheek. She pulled back and looked at him. "That means so much to me. Thank you."she said softly looking at the love of her life.

Jerad smiled and said "You're welcome." then he hugged her back, but carefully so neither would fall off their brooms. He kissed her cheek gently. "i am glad that i could make you happy by saying that i will go. I am honored that you even asked." There was some sort of admiration in his eyes. "shall we stay up in the air? or should we get back down on the grass?"
