Chocolate Anyone? {VIVI

[BENJAMIN MONROE JENNINGS]

Benji was hungry for some chocolate, but he was too lazy to head towards Hogsmeade this evening. So he wandered instead towards the kitchens. He made it down the multiple staircases towards the place that he loved going for late night treats. He tickled the pear on the portrait that led into the kitchens.

Once in, he was ambushed by eight House elves who led him to a table by the fire place. They then brought him some chocolate pieces and hot chocolate. Just what he needed. He sipped on his drink while watching the flames crackling

Vivi exited the Hufflepuff Common Room and made her way to the kitchens. She could had gone to Hogsmeade yet the kitchens sounded more appealing to her at the moment. She was dressed in blue t-shirt, pajama pants, and her Hogwarts cloak to covered the fact she wore her bed clothings, however her slippers shown. She tickled the pear and opened the entrance before several elves appeared. She asked for her usual on the weekend and was led to where Benji sat.

"Benji!" She greeted eagerly upon seeing him and sat next to him. The house-elves returned with her chocolate cake slice, hot cocoa, chocolate bars, and a cinnamon bun. She thanked them and smiled. She turned to look at Benji. "Ah, but, of course, chocolate lovers united!" She chuckled and lifted her hot chocolate in the air.

Benji laughed at Vivi's eager greeting. He couldn't help but to laugh it was just so funny in a way. He lifted his up lazily to toast to her. "Hey Vivi... how are you my good friend?" he said after he took a sip of his hot chocolate. He was nice and comfortable in a t-shirt and sweats. Benji was in an oddly good mood after detention today. maybe it could have been the chocolate buzz? Surely Chocolate had that sort of property in it. To make the consumer of the chocolate happy? Or it could be just the fact that one of his friends was there.

Vivi smirked as they toast together before she took a gulp. Burnt her tongue, she hissed with pleasureful pain, and took a bite of her cool chocolate cake before answering Benji's question. "Good," her voice was a little strain due to the hot chocolate burning her throat and tongue, but she was grinning. "Excellent." She giggled and sighed in comfort. She lean back on her chair and her cloak open to show her PJ bottoms. She looked down and laughed loudly. "I was getting ready for bed. And adventure," she snorted. "How about you?"

Benji laughed lowly and took a bite of one of the pieces of chocolate. then he replied, "I am doing well... all things considered that is... Stupid detentions and the band practices have me drained... so i thought to come down here for a before bed pick-me-up of Hot Chocolate and Chocolate bars" He went back to sipping his hot chocolate with a contented sigh. "if it weren't for all the detentions i have to serve, i would say i am great" He rolled his eyes dramatically.

Vivi took a sip of her hot chocolate slowly this time to avoid burning her tongue, and smiled at him. She took a bite out of her chocolate cake again and took one of her chocolate bars. She took a bite of the bar and held it out as though to make a point. "Yes, those detentions and band practices really do wear you out." She smirked politely, and that was very weird. When had a smirk equal to being polite, but Yvonne was very unique in that way. "Quidditch practices, songwriting, and schoolwork are the same," she sighed. Totally understanding Benji, she nodded again. "Yep, that's right with detentions. Hate them." She took a bite and chewed softly.

Benji shot her a playful glare. "I meant what i said. " he said in response of what she said. "Seriously... one day i went back to the house... and collapsed on the couch after hours of working on Essays that i had built up due to my detentions being long.... so yeah" He frowned lightly at that. then he perked up and asked, "How's your song writing coming? " Benji was always interested in how she was doing in her art. He wasn't going to go into his sex life with her. Because he really didn't want to go into major details of that. especially when one is eating

Vivi wriggled her eyebrows and chuckled lightly, and soon grinned brightly at him. "Of course, you do," she answered and tilted her head, leaning her chin in her palm as she took other bite of chocolate candy, sighing. She inclined her head to him. "Ah, yeah... I believe," she said seriously and frowned at her slice of cake for a moment. She thought about a few things before his question interrupted her train of thoughts, and looked up after swallowing the piece of cake she had place in her mouth and chewed up. She blushed at her lost track before sitting upright and looked at her friend. "Good. Looking for a word that rhythms with orange," she added and pondered. Not a lot of words rhythms with orange. "Maybe I should change the line...?" She trailed off and smirked at something Benji did. Not talking about Cass, huh? "How's the lovebirds?"

Benji laughed lightly and muttered, "Orange is one of the few words that don't have a rhyme. probably best to change it... if you want to have it rhyme. " He made a face at that. He sighed lightly. It seems like she won't let him get away with not saying anything about him and Cass... oh boy. "Oh we are doing great... we are finally dating for reals... although to some it seemed like we have been dating longer than we really have." He said with a grin. "what about you? any loves come your way?"

Vivi snorted as she realize he was right, and soon laughed vocally and shook her head. She laughed hard until she hiccuped and paused. "Well, not unless, hic, I created, hic, a, hic, word." She replied softly inbetween hiccups and murmured a curse under her breath when the hiccups didn't go away. "Sorry, hic, about, hic, that, Ben -hic- ji." She sighed and hiccuped again. "Stupid, hic, hic -hic-cups." She took a deep breath and held it, pinching her nostrils shut and counted in her head to ten before letting go. She breathed heavily and grinned. "Finally!" She smirked at her best friend at hearing this. "Whoot!" she jumped up and bounced. "Benji and Cass sitting in a tree K-I-S-S-I-N-G now they going out with hic!" She stopped and waited, but the hiccups had survive. "Darn." She pouted. "This is all, hic, your, hic, fault, hic!" She crossed her arms.

Benji snorted with laughter. He could always count on Vivi to make a comment about him and Cass's kissing or whatever. "how the hell is it my fault that you are hiccuping?" he asked with a raised eyebrow. "it's not like i put a jinx on you or anything" He sipped his drink quietly. He found it quite hilarious that she was hiccuping and yet so seemingly happy with the news that he gave her. "so.. you coming to the Battle of the bands soon?" He asked, for he loved it when all of his friends were there.

Vivi raised an eyebrow and continued to keep her arms cross. "I don't, hic, know." She gave a huge hiccuped and continued to hiccup for a while. She took a deep breath and talked fast. "But you got something to do with it, I know it!" She ended with a hiccup and sighed wearily. "I knew it!" She pointed at Benji and bounced up and down at his "admission" and giggled. She started coughing and stopped to sit down. She took deep breathes. "One sec." She took a sip of hot cocoa slowly. She winked at his question about coming to the Battle of the Bands. She sighed as she placed the cup down. "Wouldn't miss it." She smiled, not noticing her chocolate mustache.

Benji chuckled and said, "hey... i didn't do anything.... trust me... you would know if i jinxed you. so you got hiccups on your own... although that is a bright idea for next time" He smirked evilly. Then he grinned widely at the fact that she said that she wouldn't miss it. "good... because you will get to hear some songs that i have written."

Vivi glared at him playfully. She shook her head. "You're probably right, but if I suddenly hiccup for no reason at all, I know who to look for my revenge." She stuck out her tongue since that the mature thing to do. Her chocolate mustache was still there. She chuckled and sighed taking bite of her chocolate bar. She tilted her head and smiled at Benji. She was very excite to hear him say he would be using some of the songs he wrote in the battle. "Really? I couldn't wait," she declared jovially. "Maybe my blind date will c-" she was whispering it under her breath, but forgotten for a moment that Benji was a werewolf and had keen hearing. She looked at him slowly and carefully, praying he didn't hear that.

Benji laughed and said "oh boy... i am so scared" then he pointed out, "you do realize that you have a hot chocolate mustache? don't you?" He practically cracked up at that.He sipped his drink with a smirk. "oh yes... we will do two songs i have written. good luck figuring which ones." His eyebrow raised ever so slightly and he said , "what blind date Vivi? You got a Blind date? how exciting... with who?" he was teasing her lightly. but then he said, "if he hurts you... or attempts to hurt you... i will kick his ass... or worse... tear him limb by limb. No one hurts you and gets away with it without getting hurt by me or the guys"
