"Dead" she said bluntly in return. He had said hurt, but she knew that they were both thinking dead. She was tempted to turn back into her animagus form and just curl away somewhere, to hide once again. It was easier just to hide from all of it, it was always easier. Instead she just curled up as she was. Her knees were already up at her chest, so she burried her face in them and wrapped her arms around them, pulled up into that little ball that she felt safe in. She turned her head, looking at him. She was not sure what to say to his offer. "I can't pay you, at least not yet, not until I'm of age."

Theo nodded after she said the word dead. He supposed that word is what was on both of their minds. He hated that they were on such a morbid topic. He wish he could change the subject. but he didn't know what to say. He was saved by what she said. "how about i let you stay there free until then? " well he would offer her to stay free for a while... but who knows if it was appropriate. "that way you will have a place to come, to escape... " he shrugged

Callia was not sure what to say to him, after all that was a more than generous offer. She was silent for a few minutes before she turned to him. She left down her knees and turned slightly on her side to face him. She wanted to be safe and she wanted him to be safe. Theo was just… something else. ”If I could I would appreciate that so much.” She leaned over and kissed him on the cheek. She was not sure if that was appropriate or not, but she figured it could not hurt that much.
