Things have gotten a little crazy recently. First, Victoria left the comfortable chaos of Seattle to pay a little visit to one Seth Clearwater. Naturally, that didn’t turn out too well for the young wolf. Though alive and well (after recovering from a broken bone or two, that is) the pack is now on high alert. Tensions are running high, with Sam and Jacob butting heads over various matters. Now really is not a good time for a civil war, however, as people are continually disappearing and dying in the cities. To make personal matters worse, three of the Cullens recently returned to the area. Whilst preparing for a witch hunt, Emmett, Jasper, and Alice found Bella in Newton’s Outfitters.
Once they got over the initial shock that she was in fact alive and well, they convinced her to go with them to Alaska. Once there, they will figure everything out and inform Edward, hopefully saving him from both the Volturi’s commands and the death they shall grant him in a year. Doing this, however, has sent Jacob Black into a downward spiral of depression. Well, at least he'll have some more family around soon, as his other sister, Rebecca, is coming to visit from Hawaii with her husband, Kai. She's stopping by to check in on his mental health, after sister number one, Rachel, so kindly mentioned his "paranoid delusions" involving vampires and werewolves. Just one more mess to clean up. Yes, things have gotten crazy, and they don’t look like they will be getting better any time soon.
A lot can happen in a month. It didn’t take long for things to begin to spiral out of control once Bella left. This time, it wasn’t about her, though. When the Cullens passed through Forks briefly, they caught the attention of Maria, who recognized Jasper. Unfortunately for her, they didn’t stay long, and were off again to Denali in no time. Since then, she’s been fucking with people in town, and with the wolf pack, in order to get his attention. This includes turning Lauren Mallory and sending Jessica Stanley to the hospital. She hasn’t hurt anyone else, and has ordered those under her command to do the same, but that number has dwindled in the past week. Victoria, with whom she had a tumultuous alliance with to begin with, coerced a good number of her army into joining her.
Now, Maria has two goals before she leaves: get Jasper, and make the bitch pay. Meanwhile, as a result of Maria’s meddling with the affairs of the pack, Jake has gone to Alaska to let the Cullens know and form an uncertain alliance. Emmett managed to bring Edward back from Volturi, and he was reunited with Bella. Their family is whole once again, but there is no time to relax. They are formulating a plan to handle the situation back in Forks and it won’t be long until they return.
